Return Policy

Returns

Please note that returns are accepted only if the items are defective or damaged during shipping. No returns accepted for color differences. Please contact us within 3 days with a receipt, in case you have an issue with the product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, we will notify you of the refund status.
Once a refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a certain item, send us an email at nidhara@nidhara.com, and we will provide a shipping address. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs and it is non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

Cancellations

Orders, once placed, cannot be cancelled.
