Shipping policy

Shipment processing time 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates 

We provide free shipping within the US, for orders $50 and above. For other orders, the rate is calculated based on weight (approx $4-$5). Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

Shipment Hold

If you want us to hold an item until your total purchase reaches the free shipping amount of $50, please send us a message on WhatsApp - 925-309-5992. We would be happy to assist.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Shipping issues

Customers are responsible for re-shipping costs due to incorrect address entered during checkout.
